Maiden Expedition!

Post by rubberdown »

Just shy of 4 weeks on the road, just shy of 4K miles, only about 2K of those on paved roads & memories to last the ages! She drank only 1 quart of oil, and about 2 liters of antifreeze. Ended up replacing the catalytic converter while in wyoming & what a noticeable power difference! She held up real well, was quite comfortable for the two humans & two mutts. (although it got even more spacious once jen flew home after the second week!)

Some pics!

I really need to get another Safari and turn it into a camper. This looks like more fun than the law allows. \:D/

I like your style, Dude!

How 'bout a map of your trip?

Doesn't that thing ride nice on the dirt roads?
