I guess it is kinda neat looking but it is totally useless. That wouldn't make it over a speed bump without ripping the fenders apart. Doesn't even look like you would be able to turn

That thing must be sitting on airbags... Or it has no suspension! And what kind of chassis is it sitting on? Maybe an S-10? otherwise, it doesn't look like it is 4wd.

Overall I dig the look though.

The tires have been designed for the US Army so that troops don’t get stranded when their tires are blown out.

I can't imagine they handle very well.
I've seen this design for the past 10 years or so being tested and I think they can build them to do just about anything. Given the way the rubber runs, I would guess lateral response could be pretty good, better than a regular tire with that much sidewall that can lean in a turn.
