While checking transfer case to front differential drive shaft, noticed that there is slight play and noise when I move it, just wondering if that is normal (acceptable) or not? Check out video bellow.

That is normal noise. You are hearing the chain in the t-case and the backlash in the front gears...mostly the t-case.
